Your images will be delivered within 24 hours, and we will keep them as a backup for 7 days. After this time, they will be permanently deleted. Please note that we cannot provide images after this period. Your images will be kept safe and secure during this time; we will not use them elsewhere.
4.2 Our Services
Graphic Edits offers various photo editing services like Clipping Path, Background Removal, Shadow Creation, Ghost Mannequin, Image Retouching, Image Masking, Color Variants, Jewelry Retouching, and more. Full payment is needed when you place an order unless we agree otherwise. You can ask for a quote and a free trial before purchasing.
5. Third-Party Applications
Graphic Edits works with third-party apps to provide content and services. Remember that these third-party apps may have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or content.
6. Rights We Grant To You
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our Site and Content for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only. You cannot redistribute or transfer the Site or Content without permission. All trademarks and logos belonging to Graphic Edits are ours. You agree to follow our user guidelines and not use the Site or Content in ways not allowed by these agreements.

For individual customers at Graphic Edits, full payment is required before we start work. Corporate clients may receive credit after reference checks. Extended credit clients must sign a contract and pay in full within four days of delivery. Monthly payments are available for repeat services. Late payments may revoke credit access. We accept PayPal, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), wire transfers, Payoneer, and bank transfers.
8.2 Quality Assurance & Refund
Quality is very important at Graphic Edits. If you are unhappy with your project outcome, we will make reasonable changes to meet your expectations if requested within 3 days after delivery. If your needs change after delivery, we may cancel change requests.
No refunds will be issued if modified photos meet the quality standard of approved samples (Refund Policy). However, we understand that changes can happen unexpectedly and are willing to adjust at a lower cost. Changes made by our quality assurance team do not affect Graphic Edits or its affiliates.
If you want a quote for services directly from us, you can purchase one; refunds will not be given for downloaded photos without valid dissatisfaction reasons. For refund requests, please email our customer service at [email protected].
8.3 Price Changes
Prices for services may vary before placing an order with us. Adjustments may occur for prepaid work or credits; we will notify you of any price changes—continued use indicates agreement with new fees.
8.4 Promotional Discounts
Promotions or discounts may be available through coupons or other means; however, Graphic Edits reserves the right to cancel these offers at any time.
9. Patents & Trademark
We respect the rights of intellectual property owners at Graphic Edits. If you believe any content infringes your rights, please contact us at [email protected].
All content on the Site is owned by Graphic Edits or its suppliers and is protected under copyright laws—reserved all rights. Unauthorized use or distribution of content is prohibited unless stated otherwise.
10. Disclaimer of Warranty
